We primarily work free lead sources, hammer referrals and will use email marketing to drive traffic to our webinars. Local events to connect with the local population and connect with Medicare clinics to drive traffic and sales. You do have the option to purchase leads if you would like.

We started 4 years ago with no agents, just me selling. Slowly built an agency to 25 agents via referrals. We specialize in the Medicare Advantage space by running local events and webinars to drive traffic. Once the client gets their Medicare set up, we will cross sell life and annuities.

I was born and raised in MN. Spent 3 years in the US Army as an infantryman. When I got out, I moved to Tampa, FL and tried to start several businesses. I had to leave FL because I ran out of money and met my wife in MN. I rebuilt my life and we moved to Miami, FL. I started in the life and health industry at Bankers Life. Doorknocking and cold calling for 3 years. I passed my series 7 financial professional license and then left to start my own agency. I currently live with my wife and 2 cats in Tampa, FL and love what I do everyday!

Culture

Our culture is focused on winning and having higher level income conversations. Most of us do not drink and prefer to work hard/late to make sure we are producing for our families. Regularly, we will go golfing, have a beach day or some other group activity on the weekends. We are a group of close friends and deeply care about one another. If you want to join our team, be prepared to make another family!

Support

We have 4 leaders that produce at a high level as well as myself. Between the 5 of us, there is always an opportunity to have us help with whatever is needed. New agents typically are working with us and sharing sales is a common practice. I mean sharing between everyone. We share with you and you share with us. We believe working together creates a high income for us all. We also have great relationships with carriers and XCEL so if you have deeper questions or need a higher level supporting, we have it.

Expectations

We get up and a group of us work out together around 5:00 am. Get in the office around 7:30 and start a daily hour long sales training and motivation session at 8:00 am. We all get on the phones at 9:00 am until 12:00. We eat lunch together and get back after it at 1:00 pm. Usually we run our webinars and events in the afternoon, so the office will clear out around 1:00-2:00. Anyone who is still in the office dialing will link up for another group activity at 4:00 and we do one more dial session until 6:00 pm.
We expect high level producers that take this industry seriously. We DO NOT tolerate any fraud or high pressure closing tactics. We believe in putting the client first no matter what. We are excited to bring more agents in our ecosystem and stand by to help you achieve your goals in the beautiful insurance industry!
