We have both options. Free and paid. Free for agents that are just starting out if you need. However, they aren't very strong leads. A lot of us started cold door knocking and we were fine, so you will be too. After you make a couple sales, we recommend that you buy your own leads because you'll make more money. We have 4 different lead vendors that you can use. Or you can find your own.

Our culture is based around work. We want to build something incredible. We don't go out to bars or have parties. Most of the conversations are about the properties we are buying or building other businesses. If you are looking for a "fun" time, we are not the agency for you. If you are looking for a brutal honest place that prioritizes work to make a lot of money. You'll fit right in!
Support
We have 5 leaders or managers (if that's what you're in to) that stand prepared and ready to show you the ropes. All of them sell 100% and all raised their hand to give back to teach others how to win. We have trainings 5 days a week, discord channels to listen to calls and great relationships with carriers for those in depth questions.

Expectations
We work HARD. We get up really early and get a work out in before the day starts. We have an office location that we all meet at before the day starts. We have agents that will sell over the phone in the office and others that will sell locally. Some do both. We have 5 days of training M-F that starts at 8:00 am. We usually stay in the office or continue to sell until we get a sale for the day. Some people will stay as late as 9:00pm selling over the phone in the west coast states. Work hard play hard!
Our expectations and what you can expect from us: Expect that we will always answer the phone for help. We have a discord channel so you can listen to a lot of virtual sales. If you want to go out in the field and sell in person, you can ride with the producers as well. We expect hard work and early mornings/late nights in order to succeed. So be prepared.

Example: (We don't have an agency. That would be weird...) Our agency started in 2021 in the bottom of an apartment building. More specifically, the community area. We needed a place to work and didn't have enough money to open an office location. We started selling by door knocking and then learning how to factor in lead cost and generate our own leads. Once that happened we blew up and grew significantly faster! Since 2022, we have been trying to find like minded individuals who want to grow their income and live a great life supporting their family!
Before starting in the insurance industry, I was in the army for 3 years as an infantryman. I worked construction jobs, bartending jobs and even janitorial jobs. I was sick of the day to day and decided I wanted something different. My (then fiancee) wife and I moved to Miami and I started in the insurance industry in 2018 at a captive agency. I was there for 3 years, won top agent and training awards, then passed my series 7 financial professional license. I decided to start my own agency after with a non captive insurance marketing organization. Since then, I have sold my insurance business and decided to serve the amazing community of insurance and solve the major problem the industry has. Recruiting, building and connecting the industry as a whole.
